A Laguna Beach, California, four-bedroom house designed by Diane Keaton is on the market for $10.3 million. The late actor had purchased the property for $6.6 million in 2021 and sold it for $7.9 million a year later after renovations.
The 1976 build features a black-and-white color scheme throughout, with white shaker siding and a flat roof adorned with black-shingle extensions on the exterior. Inside, the house has exposed black brick walls and white wood-paneled cathedral ceilings.
The open concept plan centers around a living area with a brick fireplace, and glass doors lead to one of the home’s oceanfront decks. The kitchen is gray and white, with a formal dining area and a marble island.

The primary suite offers access to a deck with Pacific Ocean views, a fireplace, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, standalone tub, and walk-in shower. A wooden staircase at the back of the house leads directly out to the beach.
David Koffs and Brooke Wainwright of Luxre Realty hold the listing for the property, which is one of many designed by Keaton to hit the market in recent months. Keaton’s former Los Angeles estate, also featuring her signature black-and-white palette, sold for $18 million last month.
