Kylie Jenner has sold her Hidden Hills, California, mansion for $15.3 million, according to the Daily Mail. The reality star and makeup entrepreneur purchased the property in 2016 for $12.05 million when she was just 19 years old.
The 1.4-acre estate features eight bedrooms and 10 bathrooms across more than 13,200 square feet of living space. Despite its impressive amenities, the final sale price was significantly lower than the $20.3 million asking price when Jenner first listed the home in March.
Jenner’s designer, Martyn Lawrence Bullard, described the home as her “first really grown-up house” in a 2019 interview. The original design showcased a youthful, colorful aesthetic, prominently featuring her favorite color, pink. Over time, the interior shifted to a more mature, neutral palette.

The property emphasizes indoor-outdoor living, with an open layout and retractable glass walls opening to a spacious yard. Outdoor features include a patio with an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit lounge, a pool and spa, and a courtyard. Inside, the home boasts a movie theater, game room, office with a fireplace, and a luxurious primary suite with dual dressing rooms and a private balcony.
Jenner is now focusing on her new, custom-built Italian-inspired estate in Hidden Hills. She acquired the vacant lot for $15 million in 2020 and has been sharing construction updates on social media. The new home will feature reclaimed wood floors, plaster walls, and an outdoor entertaining area with a sports court.
