Milwaukee unveils new tools for 2026 lineup

Milwaukee Tool introduced over 50 new tools, batteries, and accessories for professional trades at its 2026 Pipeline event. The updates cover power supply, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and outdoor equipment, with releases planned through early 2027.

Batteries and power receive high-output upgrades

The M18 battery system added three new models. The RedLithium High Output XC5 will ship in September 2026 for $169. A resistant version of the same battery, priced at $209, follows the same timeline. For demanding tasks, the Forge HD15 arrives in January 2027 for $379, offering extended runtime.

A Top-Off 350W Power Supply & Charger was announced without pricing and is scheduled for February 2027. The Four Bay Simultaneous Super Charger, compatible with the PACKOUT storage system, is available now for $499.

These updates aim to improve charging speed and tool longevity. Milwaukee has not confirmed whether the new batteries will work with older tools, though the brand has maintained cross-generational support in the past.

Impact wrenches and specialty tools expand the M18 Fuel line

Two 3/4-inch impact wrenches will join the M18 Fuel lineup in October 2026. Both models include One-Key tracking, though pricing varies. A Fuel Grease Gun Kit debuts in November for $599, targeting mechanics and industrial users.

The M18 Fuel 18 lb. SDS Max Demolition Hammer arrives in November for $1,299, while the heavier MX Fuel 27 lb. version ships now for $2,199.

Smaller tools also saw updates. The M12 Fuel 1/4-inch Straight Die Grinder and its extended version are available now for $379 and $249. A 44-piece mini ratchet and bit set, set for September 2026, replaces traditional hand tools in tight spaces.

Plumbing and electrical tools focus on efficiency

Milwaukee’s plumbing and electrical segments introduced high-ticket releases. The M12 Force Logic Press Tool Kit arrives in April 2027 for $2,449, featuring One-Key connectivity for tracking press counts. A 1K Wire Puller, with no listed price, is set for March 2027, competing with established brands in commercial electrical work.

The M18 Brushless Pipe Threading Oiler is already on shelves for $599. A 16-gauge scroll shear under the M12 Fuel line offers precision cutting for HVAC and sheet metal tasks at $299.

Hand tools received attention as well. A series of Fastback folding utility knives, including a 6-in-1 model, will launch in January 2027. Ergo-Grip screwdrivers and ratcheting adjustable wrenches follow in early 2027, though pricing remains unannounced for most.

The AIR-TIP line added three new tools for cleaning and detailing. A boiler coil cleaning brush costs $29.99, a debris scraper is $34.99, and a compact dust collector sells for $34.99. These accessories reflect a strategy of offering full-system solutions, from power tools to consumables.

Circular saws and site cleanup tools complete the lineup

A 9-inch cut-off saw with One-Key integration launches in January 2027 for $1,199. A Ceramic+ metal cut-off wheel follows in early 2027. The company also introduced a 4-gallon wet/dry vac for $299, featuring PACKOUT compatibility and Vaclink dust extraction, set for October 2026.

The M18 Fuel 10-1/4-inch Rear Handle Circular Saw is available now for $599, alongside a 10-1/4-inch 28T Thick Kerf Framing Circular Saw Blade for $44.97. The M18 Fuel 7-1/4-inch Circular Saw with One-Key and its rear-handle variant are also shipping now for $549 and $349, respectively.

A Rechargeable Pivoting Task Light with Spot Mode ($69.97) and Rechargeable Clip Light ($59.97) are available now, along with a Rechargeable Flat Flashlight with Green Laser for $74.97. The 12-inch Quick Adjust Smooth Jaw Wrench ($69.97) and 12-inch Magnetic Combo Square ($42.97) round out the hand tool additions.

Some tools are available now or open for pre-order, but many lack firm pricing. The M18 Fuel 3/4-inch impact wrenches, Fastback utility knives, and ratcheting wrenches are among those with unspecified costs. Milwaukee typically adjusts prices closer to launch based on material costs and supply chain conditions.

The longest wait is for the PACKOUT Bit Socket Sets, due in November 2027. Most other tools arrive in late 2026 or early 2027, aligning with trade show cycles and seasonal demand.

The Pipeline event has grown from a small showcase in 2008 into a major industry announcement. This year’s lineup continues a focus on incremental improvements in durability, battery life, and system integration. The breadth of releases shows Milwaukee’s commitment to expanding its product range.
